As the wife of a disabled veteran patient, I am extremely disappointed with the care provided by Dr. Erwin M. Secretov. My wife presented with severe shoulder pain, limited mobility, numbness, and tingling into her hand, yet her concerns were repeatedly minimized. Despite neurological symptoms that other providers and her physical therapist felt could indicate a neck or nerve issue, those concerns were dismissed without proper evaluation. Dr Secretov is a great surgeon and a very kind man. I had major shoulder surgery and am very pleased with the results and the care I received.
I can’t believe this man is even still practicing medicine! He is absolutely the worst I have ever seen! He has absolutely no bedside manner and is a complete jerk!! Sentara really scraped the bottom of the barrel when they got him!
