I have not always had good experiences with car places but Ervines was awesome. Very friendly, efficient, and the free loaner car was extremely helpful. They were very organized and communicated very well pre and post appointment. There is absolutely no doubt I will be back.
Every aspect of Ervine's is worth five stars! They fixed my car quickly while keeping me informed through the whole process, and the customer service was so helpful and sincere. I'm downright grateful to have found them!

I was down south and discovered I may need a new battery. I called Ervine's for input and Jamie immediately phoned a NAPA dealership in Charleston to get a recommendation on a reputable auto repair shop for me to turn to. All turned out well and I couldn't be more greatful. Ervine's customer service is tough to beat!

We've brought our Chrysler Town & Country to Ervine's for several years and have always been totally happy with their service. They do great work at a fair price and always make it easy to get an appointment scheduled when needed.
