I have 2 good experiences out of 3. BE sure that they'll forgive the diagnostic fee if you get a repair done at their shop. Most shops DO forgive it if you pay for the repair to be done at their shop. Ervine's did this for my first two repairs, but not my latest one.
We had a great experience here twice. Reasonably priced, got the job done fast and you can look on their site for updates on your vehicle! That part was really cool. They give you honest opinions as well.
Attended your car show Thursdays. Thank you for all you did to put it together. My girls I had a good time!
My son was on a trip to Grand Rapids and had major car issues. After getting it towed, Ervine's was ready and able to help! They found the parts for our old 1999 Dodge Stratus and got him on the road again so he did not have to spend the night! Great service and loved the on-line system keeping us abreast of the repair and costs! I highly recommend!!
Had our car serviced there yesterday, Bruce was AWESOME kept us informed and got it done quick. Would surely recommend Ervine's
