I walked away from the first visit feeling confident, with no lingering questions that needed to be addressed.
Dr Wollaeger and his entire staff are very through and do an excellent job. Everything was professionally done yet everyone was kind and caring.
Had a great experience with Dr. Ertl throughout the process of having a complete ankle replacement. I knew the process, what was coming next, and he clearly explained the surgery. Everything went smoother and with less pain than I expected. Wish I had done it sooner!
Neutral so far. I had ankle replacement almost 10 months ago and I am not yet as good as I was pre-surgery. Still have pain and swelling, range of motion limited and still walking with a limp. I have done a lot of PT, do my exercises regularly and am now trying alternative therapy including dry needling and shock therapy. Very good doctor and facility and all other staff as well. Have had no issues of any kind with surgery or appointments
Dr. Ertl and his staff are amazing. My husband has had a knee replacement and an ankle repair with Dr. Ertl. As my husband's support person, Dr. Ertl explained exactly what the surgery and recovery involved. Their pre-surgery program is the best, it's amazing what a difference it makes post surgery. Sauk Prairie Healthcare is a fantastic care center, we're thankful to live in the Sauk Prairie area and have this facility available to us.
