Made appointment online, received confirmation email for the time and date (next day), then get there only to find a "scheduling error" happened and no appointment was set for me. No call, no notice, and could only offer to put me on the list and see if there was time to fit me in. Didn't get a haircut and waste of time, not professional at all. First time customer there, needless to say won't be going back.
Erskine and his team are among some of the best Barbers I've ever been around. The shop is always clean, and the barbers are very professional.
