I would give them a zero. They send out new mechanics they just killing time to charge u extra. They over charged me for a front wheel hub and bearing. For 1 wheel. $2788 also drove 4 hours and the hub came loose. No warranty i will never use them1

WONDERING WHY MY BILL WENT UP BY $250.00. I AGREED TO PAY THE "SENT" INVOICE OF $621.00 AND WHEN I RECEIVED MY PAID COPY, MY C/C WAS RAN AND CHARGED $871.00. IT WENT UP BY 2 HOURS IN LABOR COST FROM THE INVOICE THAT WAS ORIGINALLY SENT TO ME FOR PAYMENT. I WOULD HOPE THIS IS A MISTAKE OR SOME KIND OF CHARGE. IF IT IS, IT IS POOR COMMUNICATION FOR NOT SAYING THAT UP FRONT. IF IT IS NOT, YOU HAVE SOME VERY BAD VENDORS YOU USE. VERY UPSET TO EVEN BE WRITING THIS.
