I could not say enough things about this wonderful DR. UMass is a very lucky hospital to have Dr.Mortimer on staff.
0 Starts … He should not be working with kids if he doesn’t know how to treat them. He yelled at me three year old “STOP!! DO NOT SCREAM AT ME” I was in chock! My son was crying because he was scared and uncomfortable. It was our second consult so obviously my son was scared. So I changed provider because not kid should be yelled by someone who is supposed to help them and they should feel safe. Horrible behavior to be an orthopedic pediatrician
Dr. Mortimer is awesome! He reattached my right foot after an accident in 2000, I am still able to dance, just amazing considering the foot was facing south as I'm going north, really thought I was going to lose my foot. I was truly Blessed by having him available to do my surgery. Thank you again Dr. Mortimer, God Bless you.
