Will installed two toilets, and he and his partner Ricky installed a new water heater. Will was thoughtful, polite, and efficient. 'Polite' is at a premium these days, and it was refreshing to be treated with respect. I trusted him and the work he did for me. Both techs are recommended. Thank you to both of them.

Taylor was the absolute best. He installed a new hot water heater, changed out a garbage disposal and did it all with the utmost atteniion to detail and quality workmanship. Let me further state that these tasks were not the easiest of chores. The water heater is in the attic and the disposal was in a small cabinet with limited space to manuver. I HIGHLY recommend Taylor, and ER to my neigbors.

Leonard arrived early. Diagnosed a complicating problem, solved it. Professional, personable.
Their technician, Garrett was on time, diagnosed and recommended a corrective action for the problem. He was able to give me a very fair price for the work needed on the spot and had everything completed by noon. Excellent service!
