RecommendedNick came out on Saturday morning after we had a toilet overflow the previous night. He zeroed in on the problem very quickly and had the broken sewer line fixed before noon !!!! Nick was very professional and efficient, I will certainly call these guys again.
Travis came out to change the carbon media in my whole house filter. My kitchen sink just happened to clog the same day. So he stayed to fix that. I have a horrible drain set-up in my kitchen and it took several tries and several techniques to get it unclogged. Travis our in the time and effort to get it done. Overall a small media replacement job became an all-day, several hours long drain clearing job. I’m grateful he took the time to work out our issue. Great, knowledgeable and honest service.
I will only ever use this company and ask for Garret by name. Today he came to my house prompt as usual. Went above & beyond. The price was amazing, work was exceptional, and he was so patient- I was working and have limited access to my phone. He waited patiently for me to call with a payment. Also he was dispatched to install three toilets, and looked at and replaced my garbage disposal- which was needed. This is hands down the best company I have ever used and will only use. Your man,Terry Straite, shoots straight! This man not only helped rough in the plumbing of our new home 11 years ago, but but came back this week to fix our tankless water heater. No fun being without hot water! Terry ordered the part from CA and got the hot water heater going in record time. So professional! So courteous! Way to go, Terry and E.R Plumbing!
Outstanding service, solution oriented, fast response. I had a difficult to solve problem and Garrett was determined he would resolve it for me- and he did, in less than 24hrs. I had waited 12 days for the prior provider- they came to fix and then decided it was too challenging and just left me hanging. I called ER Plumbing and they had me up and running in a day. They will be my plumbing company for life!
ER Plumbing did a great job fixing our water hammer problem! Jeff was efficient helpful and kept our home tidy! I definitely recommend this caring friendly and fair company!
