E.R. services had a fast and great response time from my initial call. the dispatcher was very kind. the service guy Nick Hunter practice social distance. she wore gloves and shoe protection and a great smile. I was very pleased with his service. 😀

Called Sat at 8:30 with drain issues. Jason was here by 10:00 and did a great job getting some difficult drain issues solved. He showed up in gloves, mask, etc and was very respectful of Covid problems. Highly recommend E.R & Jason
Getting “sheltered in home” for weeks isn’t pleasant, if your toilet is clogged from your grandson stuffing it with Lysol wipes! ER services rescued us during a Corona virus crisis. Precautions were taken before entering our home to ensure no virus was brought in or taken out. The repair was done quickly and professionally. We were highly satisfied and the price reflected the urgency and quality of service.
