I'll increase my rating once I accomplish my seemingly simple goal: I'm trying very hard to get my records to take to Mayo hospital but have been getting the run around - "your records are off site....yes, they just arrived today....no they haven't arrived yet...we don't have images we only have paper...they will be ready by Wednesday (not ready)...color copy of image takes longer we only have one color copy machine."
