We waited for them to arrive until the afternoon and then made another phone call asking what happened. They said that somehow the communications were mixed up, but they would call us back that day to give us another date. We waited the rest of the day and no response from them. Ernie's Tree Service is fantastic. They came over today to trim 10-12 feet off some very tall cypress trees I have in my backyard. It's a job that I would only feel comfortable with a professional doing. The work was done well in a timely manner and I really appreciated how Christine and Toya communicated with me throughout to ensure the result was exactly how I envisioned. I would highly recommend this service!
