Contacted this company by phone and someone responded quickly to give us an estimate. We accepted the estimate on the spot and asked when they could start. "Next day" was the response. We waited for them to arrive until the afternoon and then made another phone call asking what happened. They said that somehow the communications were mixed up, but they would call us back that day to give us another date. We waited the rest of the day and no response from them.
