I have been with State Farm, Ernie’s office for over a decade. They are friendly and an agency that actually cares about their customers. They take the time to answer any questions and I like how they can be reached on the phone/email or text. I mostly use the app to take care of payments and access past bills, but I like the convenience of having an insurance agency I can call and speak with.
