Takes his time and llistens to the patient !
I have been a patient of Dr Hook for years. He cares about his patients.Recently he has a new office staff and the young girl is terrible. The young man doesn’t seem to know what to do. When a patient with NO appointment (patient wanted to be seen about 3 hours early) is taken back, and the patient WITH the appointment is told she is ‘next’. UNACCEPTABLE!
Way to long of a wait….over 45 minutes.

Dr. Hook is a font of information. He provided information that helped me understand why I am having issues AND how to effectively care for myself moving forward. It is such a relief to have a specialist that assumes I am capable of understanding medical information!
Dr Hook performed a Lapiplasty Bunion surgery with excellent results. He and his staff always go above and beyond with their care and concern. I would highly recommend him to anyone who has foots problems. A special thanks to his assistant Robbie, who was so helpful and efficient in the process.
