Poor Surgery – They say this is a surgery office for a specialty of dermatology surgery. My growth grew back bigger than before surgery and with an ugly scar. Now a plastic surgeon is fixing it and I have to pay extra. The staff doesn't even look at you. They look too busy doing something else. Don't like the office. Try someone else.
Long Wait--Did not address all my concerns – I was seen earlier in the year before a holiday. They were busy and I felt rushed through my appointment. I think they just wanted to end the day and go home. I did not feel anyone paid attention to me. They certainly knew one thing......how to charge! I went elsewhere and had better service and felt like they cared about me.
