The machine is perfectly designed and the support is amazing. Antique machines are fine, but they don't come with Dr. Ima Cranker and her chill pills.

So glad I found the Erlbacher enterprise. It's an all-American company with products fabricated in the USA by local workers and helps the regional economy. BUT, the big thing is the product (in my case, circular sock knitting machines) that is superb, the support is beyond superb and the people are the kind of folks you would want in your own family. I don't often write such comments, except when they are overwhelmingly true. Thanks to Jamie, Grayson and the whole Erlbacher family company.
