My first visit with Dr. Ozgun, I was pleased with his bedside manner.
Excellent doctor, staff, and the patient care is phenomenal. Dr. Ozgun actually listens to you and cares about your health. He treats what is causing your symptom...
The care given was thorough. Staff were knowledgeable abs respectful. The problem is the time …we spent 3hrs and 20 min in the office for a routine follow up. This is not the first time we have spent over 3 hrs. It really is difficult to plan other responsibilities when the length of time is so unreasonable for the tasks needed.
