Dr Mellano is a fabulous Doctor. It's not easy to find a gynecologist who does not minimize things as "normal female issues at your age". She is open to any questions and she was referred by my pelvic floor PT and she believes in physical therapy as a more holistic approach to healthcare instead of pharmaceutical band aids when a healthy issue could have underlying structural causes.
