Dr Mellano is a fabulous Doctor. It's not easy to find a gynecologist who does not minimize things as "normal female issues at your age". She is open to any questions and she was referred by my pelvic floor PT and she believes in physical therapy as a more holistic approach to healthcare instead of pharmaceutical band aids when a healthy issue could have underlying structural causes. I adore Dr. Mellano! I have complex medical issues and I am a full-time wheelchair user and she has always spent so much time with me, helped me during any exams, eased any anxiety I might be having. She has a wonderful bedside manner and really cares! I highly recommend her!
