Amazing!!!! I Ordered flowers last minute on a Friday night and they were able to deliver beautiful flowers and a balloon to my mom the next day! I'm from WA State and was a little nervous it wouldnt work out so I will definelty use them next time as well!! thank you!!

Unacceptable customer service. Multiple calls to either not get a straight answer as to where my delivery is or no pickup at all. Considering my order was not a same day order and placed 24 hours in advance, definitely expected V-Day flowers to get to my girlfriend's place of work, which is LOCAL to your business. Never got there, but no one hesitated to charge my card for a delivery that didn't happen. Three calls and three emails, little to no resolution. Sent the Standard Bursting with Blooms bouquet to my mom and sister-in-law. They appreciated it but I was disappointed to see that it had a lot of foliage and not as many flowers as pictured on the website. If the picture on the website is the Deluxe or Premium, please specify that. Otherwise, it's misleading.
Tony did my daughters wedding flowers, they were beautiful and her bouquet was perfect !
