Received flowers for Valentines Day yesterday. This morning they are completely wilted. Boyfriend also told me how rude the lady was when he originally placed the order. He calls today to ask for a refund and apparently they don’t do refunds but said we could bring the flowers back in and exchange them. So now you are inconveniencing your costumers. This florist went above and beyond to help with a long distance order that had some mistakes on our end. Thanks to their superb customer service, the plant was delivered and was absolutely gorgeous.
