I loved working with Erin. This was my first time buying a home, and I felt very taken care of every step of the way. Erin is very knowledgeable, she is extremely patient (believe me, I tested it! ;)), very detail oriented, and she stays on top of things. I have a super busy schedule, and she was very accommodating. I could not be happier after working with Ms. England. She was prompt in her replies, patient with my many, many questions regarding the process and details, as well as very understanding and easy to communicate with. She didn't push us to look at anything more than we stated--no houses outside our stated price range, or area--and was very clearly working for us. I almost wish I could buy another house so I could work with her again. I would, and already have, recommended her to others.

Ms. England was prompt, polite and very knowledgeable. She was responsive to my requests and was able to provide almost immediate feedback on all questions/issues that I had. She listened when I described what it was that I was looking for and did not waste my time showing me listings that I had no interest in. Would highly recommend this intelligent, talented agent.
