I made an appt 3 weeks ago for today may 19th 2026 I get to the office and there’s notices that they’re temporarily closed I see a person walking in the back and he just waved his hands in the air like he didn’t care nobody has called about the closing no emails no text or anything! And they even have their phone setup completely and absolutely wrong! It is 97 degrees outside and I traveled way over there in the hot sun just to be turned away with no expectations don’t even waste your time here!
They are very rude unprofessional they dont have alot glasses to pick from and they will refuse u replacement glasses and lie to u and tell u cant them this place really needs to he shut down
I want to formally express my dissatisfaction with the quality of service and products provided during my recent experience. The eyeglasses we received were of notably poor quality and broke easily with normal use. More concerning, the materials appear to have caused an allergic reaction behind my child’s ears, raising serious concerns about product safety and standards. Additionally, I was informed that I am unable to obtain a replacement through my insurance because the benefit was already used on these defective glasses. ... read more
