This business is greedy and dishonest. We called to request service on our hot tub. They came, took one look at our hot tub, said they do not service recessed hot tubs, left, and billed us for the full service amount. On the phone, they never once mentioned their policy of not servicing recessed hot tubs. They didn’t even ask for information on our hot tub. This must be their way to making easy money.

We have not been working with Erik's for very long, but so far they've been great. Erik is extremely responsive and helpful with all pool-related issues, including those beyond the scope of our routine service. So far so good!
Erik was able to discover the reason our hot tub was overheating and the jets were not working at full capacity. He repaired the tub and sent photos of the cause of the problem. I will continue to use Erik's Pool & Spa for my hot tub needs.
