We had some trouble finding anyone to help us with our old hot tub and Erik was the GOAT! Super fast response time, flexible with our schedule, and was a true professional when it came to price and quality. We even had an unforeseen error occur (not Erik's fault) and the turnaround that he provided with no additional charge was TRULY above and beyond. Definitely the full five stars for this guy. Thank you for everything!
This business is greedy and dishonest. We called to request service on our hot tub. They came, took one look at our hot tub, said they do not service recessed hot tubs, left, and billed us for the full service amount. On the phone, they never once mentioned their policy of not servicing recessed hot tubs. They didn’t even ask for information on our hot tub. This must be their way to making easy money.

We have not been working with Erik's for very long, but so far they've been great. Erik is extremely responsive and helpful with all pool-related issues, including those beyond the scope of our routine service. So far so good!
