Wow, worst customer service ever….. been here twice and both times had nothing but attitude from the employees Over stupid things this time I went to buy two radiator hoses which I said I want these exact same hoses just longer length they are radiator hoses he left and came back with a blue hose and one black hose you can’t put a blue and black hose inside of a show car which I said that’s not going to work and then what to tell me that he knows best and that it would work even though I’m the customer and I know the project... read more
Needed a replacement LPG hose made. Walked in with the old one, they made it and I walked out with the new one in about 15 minutes. You can't ask for better service than that.
I visited your St. George location to get a hose extended. I told the clerk (Terry)I needed 15 feet, but he brought out 4 feet instead. When I corrected him on the length, he returned with my old hose and said he didn’t have the fittings and couldn’t help me, even though the new hose had the fittings. I’m not sure how he misunderstood the order, as the hose is fine—I just need it a bit longer so I can move a machine in my warehouse.
