Never gad a problem with Dr.Mello I chose to leave because of the staff and the stories they tell to cover up their own mistakes… I had a yearly physical scheduled in July was not feeling well so I called and resheduled was given the soonest appt that was in January,. 2 weeks before the appt had a voicemail saying they needed to reschedule it because it was too soon(which was already incorrect because the July appt was already a year prior) so I called to get another appt. Dr. Mello is thorough, knowledgeable and pleasant. Listens to me and makes suggestions without pushing me. Stays within visit timing parameters but doesn't make me feel rushed.
Dr. Mello is the best physician I’ve ever had. She is extremely thorough, explains things clearly, listens to all my concerns and is extremely professional. Dr. Mello not only treats her patients physically but mentally and emotionally. She really cares about her patients total wellbeing. Highly recommend her!!
