Dr. Mello is thorough, knowledgeable and pleasant. Listens to me and makes suggestions without pushing me. Stays within visit timing parameters but doesn't make me feel rushed.
Dr. Mello is the best physician I’ve ever had. She is extremely thorough, explains things clearly, listens to all my concerns and is extremely professional. Dr. Mello not only treats her patients physically but mentally and emotionally. She really cares about her patients total wellbeing. Highly recommend her!!
I agree with the previous review that this office and the doctor does not take patients seriously and will potentially put patients in a bad predicament by not taking the time to discuss things with you, and not keeping adequate notes. In the beginning I had a bit more confidence in both the practitioner and the office but as time went on I began to feel as though I was a just a number, and my health issues were not being taken seriously.
