The staff is efficient, and Dr Reid is attentive, and very pleasant. I've been happy with my 3 appointments with her. I will return.

Dr. Reid is very thorough, professional and pleasant. She examined me carefully, and taking two biopsies was completely painless. She is excellent!
I have had several visits with Dr. Reid, for acne and other skin issues. She has been a tremendous help in keeping my skin clear and healthy. She is a very good listener and does an excellent job of explaining things. Even for minor, more cosmetic issues, Dr. Reid is very thoughtful and deliberate. I would (and have) strongly recommended her to my friends and family.
Dr. Reid diagnosed me with Alopecia Areata. The diagnosis was devastating. She administered several monthly scalp injections. When I voiced my concerns that the injections were not helping, the bald spots were spreading and my hair was thining. My concerns were dismissed and alternative treatments were not offered. I indicated I had other skin conditions and concerns. She dismissed those concerns. Dr. Reid seemed to be in a hurry to attend to other patients at each of my appointments.
