Dr Reid had to address a couple of skin concerns at my last visit. I left her office knowing that I had great care.
Whoever gave Dr. Reid 1 star should not even be noted. I found her to be very warm, professional and fair.
Dr Reid has a very calm, happy demeanor. After she diagnosed my daughter’s skin issue, she was extremely thorough when she explained the use of the medications she prescribed. We will definitely use her services again.
Hands down the worst experience I have ever had with a Doctor. Deplorable, Pretentious, & Cold. Erika's clinic profile on the site reads: What is the best piece of advice you have ever received? In which she states: “The only way to do great work is to love what you do.” Some people become doctors to help people "do great work" and to "love what they do" - while others become doctors to screw people out of money, time, and energy.
Dr Reid was very thorough during my exam today and really took the time to listen to me. I would highly recommend her to anyone!
Took care of my young child perfectly. She listened to her, talked to her at her level, was very understanding about her overall care. Glad she is our doctor.
I thought Dr. Reed and her assistant did an excellent job and I thought that they cared about my issue. The problem came when I went for a blood draw and they had no idea what they were supposed to do. The orders that came through to Fairview indicated a tissue study when I was supposed to have a blood draw. They tried to contact the clinic could not get an answer regarding what the orders should be. I left the clinic because I didn’t want to sit around and returned about Three hours later but
Dr Reid answered all my questions and concerns. She is very professional and friendly. I would recommend her to my family and friends.
Easy to get an appointment, on time, courteous staff, thorough check. A picture was taken of a spot before removal/biopsy so they could keep track.
