As I am the sole practitioner in my practice, I take great pride in providing a personal, thorough approach to each patient. As time allows, I enjoy teaching patients an understanding of their conditions and treatment options. I bring my 34 years experience in the specialty of ENT-Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery to my patients and their families. My senior office staff have been with me for 14 years, and we truly enjoy working together. We hope to bring comfort to our patients.

Very caring and understanding gets to the bottom of the problems
I saw Dr. K this summer for issues I was having feeling like something was stuck in my throat. I had a recent diagnosis of a digestive disease (Gastroparesis) which ended up to be misdiagnosis. When I told Dr. K my story and my symptoms he responded in a non sympathetic way, basically told me my constant throat clearing was a habit. He was completely WRONG! He did not take the proper time and care to investigate my case. I’m lucky I found another doc that was immediately able to help.
I can't give higher praise for Dr Kreutzer and his staff. I first came to Dr K for a chronic systemic infection. He recommended tonsillectomy. I was hesitant knowing that it can be a difficult recovery. Dr K's progressive technique to close the opening post-tonsillectomy with stitches was a game-changer! I had minimal pain, did not use opioid pain meds, and was back to work in 48 hours post-surgery. I needed an emergency follow-up appt, and I was able to get in for help within 48 hours. A+
I found Dr. Kreutzer 6 years ago when I was new to town. He was the one who handled my sinus reconstruction and deviated septum correction surgeries. I have since referred him to anyone who needs an ENT. I recently came back for a different issue I was having, he remembered who I was after all that time and was able to give me a diagnosis right away. I will keep coming back!
I was hesitant to enter into surgery but Dr. Kreutzer quelled my fears and has since been committed that I not return to surgery. He has shown nothing but compassion and trust with his patients including myself.

Dr. Kreutzer listens and gives good feedback about what you have to say regarding your condition. I have a great deal of confidence in his diagnosis and treatment. I have had problems with both of my ears my entire life of 54 years and have had multiple experiences with many doctors. Dr. Kreutzer has restored hearing and opened the eustachian tube to my right ear on a level I have never experienced before. It is wonderful to hear again. Dr. Kreutzer's staff is professional, courteous and helpful
