Highest recommendation possible! I was called into my appointment ON TIME, the procedures were taken care of efficiently and with care, and the office and nursing staff were helpful and friendly. What I feared would take up a couple hours of my time was unfounded; I was in and out in thirty minutes and that with three (relatively simple) in-office procedures. Again, I’d recommend Dr. Alexander without reservation. Five stars.
I've been seeing Dr Alexander for about 4 months now and I have nothing but positive things to say about both him as well as his staff. I work close and stopped in one day to see if my insurance was accepted, it was and they were able to sneak me in the same day. I told Dr Alexander my previous experiences with another dermo and what my goals were and he went over a plan with me that first day. His staff is fantastic. I’ve been going to Dr. Alexander for a couple of years to treat my alopecia and psoriasis. The psoriasis hasn’t been much trouble all that time, but my alopecia has proven to be more resilient. Dr. Alexander has been candid and supportive the whole time, keeping me in a state of optimistic realism. I’ve appreciated his efforts so much that even though I mostly live in Long Island now, I still fly back to see him for my check ups.
