Horrible establishment, front desk employees are beyond rude! called for 4 days for my sick dog who is their patient and who's been their patient for 5 years yet no call back from any Doctor but my dog is gwttibg worse by day but the dront desk employees are so rude they clearly dont care... prior to this dog my past 2 dogs were dr. licata's patients for 10 plus years. RecommendedWe have been going to this Vet for about 20 years. Dr Snyder cried with us when we put our lab to sleep and they have so much compassion with our rescue Oscar, who is terrified of the vet. (boxer bulldog mix). In fact, we have since moved to Pittsford and I cannot bring myself to make a change to a more convenient location. This place is simply the best..
Today I got a post card from you Erie Canal Animal Hospital reminding me that my Sammie is due for his E preventive care exam and E Rabies and you can’t wait to see us. You KILLED my Sammie August 2017. How dare you bring up all my pain once again. I told you back them that I wanted nothing to do with you. You still owe me money but instead you sent me a reminder for my poor Sammie. You are the worst.
