RecommendedWe moved too far away to still see Erie Canal Animal Hospital for our regular vet but I still recommend them. I have an issue with Puck this morning and am unable to reach our current vet so I called Erie Canal and they are talking me through the injury. What great customer service!

I am looking for a new vet. I had a 2pm appointment for my dog Carlos today at Erie County Animal Hospital on Union St Spencerport. I arrived at 2 pm and the parking lot was empty. I tried to open the door and it was locked. A note on the door said call when you arrive. So I call and I am literally looking at the girl at the desk as she waits to pick up the phone. I brought my new lab to Erie Canal animal hospital in Spencerport and had a wonderful first visit with Hannah and Dr. Wendel. My dog is a rescue and has fear issues regarding new experiences. These ladies were so kind and gentle with Bailey. When they saw how scared she was they didn’t rush through the Appointment but spent even more time with her. Me and my boyfriend switched to Erin Canal Animal Hospital a few years ago and we will never leave! We have a difficult dog Nyla and Dr. Licata is absolutely incredible with her (and my less difficult dog Logan) along with our exotic pets. It's hard to find a vet to trust especially with a reactive dog, but she is great and we appreciate how patient she is with Nyla! We love Erie Canal Animal Hospital:)

Don't let people wait four days without a call back. Especially people who have been bringing their dogs in for over ten years. A lot of money is spent over the years. Front desk people are upset...their dog is sick...There was a picture dated August 25th of Russo and Luna and how much you liked seeing them. The picture was removed from your photos. I did copy it and will post on my Fscebook page.
