2 words: Billing problems! The dentists and hygienists are fine but weeks after paying in advance the out-of-pocket fees due for services, I was sent a large bill. I tried contacting their billing multiple times to no avail. Finally, over a year after being inappropriately billed, I reached out through Facebook Messenger and was immediately contacted by someone from the billing department. I hate going to the dentist because I'm so afraid of everything from the tools to the sound of the tools😩. My first appointment the 2 ladies that work in the front are so sweet and pleasant. The dental techs make you feel so welcomed and comfortable. My dentist is so caring and truly is there to help whenever you need him. Thanks Ericson Dental for a great dental experience😘

Did not like the word Dentist at all. Needed alot of work, made me not afraid. had 2 survery, love the staff. Even made a poem, like to share it.
Went in for my initial appointment, the entire staff was extremely friendly and courteous! The procedures were explained prior to being done and they were very knowledgeable. 5 Stars!
