Horrible customer service, I would not recommend this company to anyone! My receipt they emailed contained my every bit of my credit card information, complete number, expiration and security code! I was also told it is too expensive for them to update their website to contain accurate information, seems like a back room operation pretending to be a business!

Never used again one day late and no the flowers my boyfriend pay
Showard Law Firm just recently started using Eric's Flower Market for our weekly fresh arrangements. They arrive first thing Monday morning and have been fresh, beautiful flowers each time. Very friendly staff and we are very happy with their product and service.
I am so pissed! Address was wrong by this florist and I reconfirm the address my husband given was correct! 3 phone calls to get to my location. Bad experience even before I receive my vday flowers. Never mind, waited for the flowers to arrive since there is no surprise anymore. The flowers are here and it's horrible! Wilted flowers and not fresh at all!!! Omg! Seriously? I hope I can upload photos here to show all of you how sad and disappointed I am feeling now!

This place did my wedding over the past weekend and I absolutely loved it! The people who work here are super friendly and extremely nice! I love them!
I ordered a very cute birthday bouquet from the ftd website for my daughter's 20th birthday with a balloon and a stuffed bear. Not only was the bouquet incorrect but the balloon and bear were not delivered. I am very disappointed and saddened that my daughter did not receive the gift I sent her on her birthday.
The flowers and boutonnières Eric's recently prepared for my wedding were absolutely stunning! He was so accommodating and really took into account my vision. The bouquets received so many compliments and I couldn't have felt more beautiful carrying them down the aisle!
