Buyer Beware! Eric's Flower Market NEVER delivered the flowers I purchased for my nieces birthday! Their delivery person Christine LIED about delivering the flowers to my niece, was rude on the phone, lied about when the order was received, hung up on me when I asked her to verify the delivery had been made, and lied about her location. I ordered a dozen yellow roses that were to be delivered before 1:00 p.m. by paying an additional express delivery fee. They did not arrive until just before 6:00 pm. When we arrived home at 6:30 the vase and flowers were sitting by our front door exposed to the elements. There was no paper or cellophane protection and the water level in the vase was so low most of the rose stems were not in the water. A friend ordered flower from Teleflora and Eric's fulfilled the order. The lady left it at my house while I was out of town. She couldn't even tell me who they were from. She didn't even work for them, she seemed to just be a person they had deliver it. She promised to help me and call me back but never did. Terrible customer service.

Got mom mother's day flowers 2016 from pro flowers, which sent the order to Eric flower market . The bouquet was small, Rose buds where small & never opened. The center flowers started rotting and wilted after one day. After care was done correctly. Pro flowers offered 25% off next order but we wanted replacement, which should arrive tomorrow. Fingers crossed Update: Eric's resolved this issue quickly and professionally! Thanks to the ladies in the shop for all their help!
