I just received the worst service from this facility. Even though I have been a dedicated customer with their facility for almost 7 years, they cancelled my appointment without any notification. They changed their policy 3 weeks ago and now require a verbal confirmation from the customer to keep an appointment. They did his without notifying their customers of this change.
