Is this business handicap-accessible? Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Would you recommend this family doctor to others? I Already Have Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need!

Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Was this family doctor's staff friendly? Yes Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine

Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe.
