Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes

Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Not really. I usually have to remind them.

Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Was this family doctor friendly? Yes Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Somewhat, they should have been more polite

Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive

Was this family doctor's staff friendly? Not Really Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her?
