They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. Their office was a comfortable temperature. Dr. Erickson is an excellent diagnostician and obviously cares for his patient's well-being. His advice is accurate and completely unbiased. He has patience and follows through when needed. It was a small and reasonable wait time. The nursing and front desk staff were considerate and caring. I just recently transferred to him and I have already referred multiple people to his office. I give him 5 of 5 stars, but couldn't get the grading icon to increase past 4.5.

No Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long

Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place!
