Customer service is always really good here.
I was greeting by your receptions. She was on the phone but she did acknowledge me. The dental hygienist was Cara and she was wonderful. And Peggy was very helpful and explained the financial part clearly to me. And Dr.Erickson was very pleasant and explained everything and made sure I understand what he was explaining. Overall AWESOME!!!!

Cheryl is wonderful, has excellent skills, and always seems interested in me as a person. The same can be said for Dr. Erickson, too. All the staff at the clinic are friendly and professional.

As usualy Leslie was just awesome! And, I was SO VERY HAPPY to find my night guard was ready and only 1 day after the fitting!!
Everyone is so friendly and welcoming at Dr. Erikson's office. Cheryl and Dr. Erikson were awesome at making me feel comfortable during my cleaning and exam.
Everyone was very nice. Dr Erickson returned my call quickly on a holiday weekend to answer my concerns. I did not have to wait and my referral was processed and arranged quickly.
