Amazing Realtor went above and beyond!!. We live out of state and the seller did not want to install smoke detectors per insurance, She spent her own money and install them herself for us. She was always available regardless of time of day and even did a few walk thru via Face time. I will always recommend her to anyone looking buy a home in Florida.

Wonderful, she went above and beyond What I expected from any Realtor. Would have her handle my affairs again in the future ???? very thorough and attention to detail. Dealt with clients and questions and resolved issues while I was in another state.

Erica was very responsive and went above and beyond to help us with both the sale of our home and purchase of a brand new home through a builder. Thanks to Erica we were always proactive and on top of things, which helped keep things moving since the other side in both transactions was not. Because of her knowledge and honesty in helping us price and market our home, we had a contract on the sale of our home for full asking price within 48 hours of it being listed.
