My most favorite person in the medical field, my favorite staff. She listens to me, and she has great bed side manner. I used to dread going to my appointments, until now. All of the staff are so friendly and helpful. These people are a real gem for Independence, KS.
Erica is wonderful! She takes the time to listen and get all the details before letting you know what is going on. She’s friendly and caring. Doesn’t try to rush you thru. With Julie up front and Teresa as her aide, you can’t go wrong with the team in Independence.
