Dave, Kerry, Erica and Shannon are so wonderful to work with, as is the rest of their team. A major difference we experienced with this team (vs other realtors we've had in the past) is how flexible and accommodating they are when it comes to showings and getting things done for you. In the past, we've been at the mercy of one realtor's availability. But with this large team there is always someone who can get something done for you, meet you at an appt, etc. We're busy folks, and this was invaluable to us! Highly recommend!
