I would give 0 star if it was an option. TLDR: She ruined my tooth and cost me $1000 I had my tooth extracted and bone grafting done, but the stitches weren't done properly, and that caused the wound to remain open, with grafts falling out, and causing bacterial infection. I had to see another doctor to actually figure this all out. Thanks Erica for the wonderful care.
Overall satisfied, except there is too much "upselling" and scare tactics to buy the next best thing, e.g. invisalign when second opinion indicated not necessary.
The person who helped me the second time of calling, was terrific.
