He represented the seller in our transaction. He clearly violated the contract, which specified for a plumber to do necessary repairs. He not only misrepresented that a plumber HAD taken care of the necessary repairs, but failed to come clean until seated at the closing table. At which point, instead of taking responsibility for his deceit, he attempted to bully and strong-arm myself and my fiance with revoking and delaying the closing which we had already waited nearly 2 months for.
