I didn’t feel like Eric had my best interest in mind. I feel like Eric was just in It for the quick payout cause it was a cash transaction. He also said “ I have something for you” as in a thank you / congratulations gift. Never seen it or heard from him again. If I ever buy or sell again I will make sure it is someone who tries to connect with their customer. Someone who goes to bat for their client. Also, someone who says what they are going to do and does it. Not just blowing smoke.
