He is the kind of doctor that sits and talks with you to gain his trust , but actually does not have educated staff and frequently misdiagnoses and makes errors, please beware

This doctor dropped my dad as a patient after 15 years because he actually needed help. He sent a letter and then didn’t respond to numerous calls. What kind of person does this? I would never want any one I care about to go near him... you want intelligence and empathy... not arrogance and unkindness
He is competent and reachable but his office procedures make it very difficult to get things done. It is impossible to reach anyone by telephone ever but there is a long list of instructions to follow to have someone call you back to handle specific needs. His education is good enough as was his training. Getting referrals is difficult if you have an HMO that requires PCP authorization. Capitation may play a role in that. He is a good doctor but his office and policies are NOT user friendly.
A friend recommended Dr Weiner and I agree that he is an outstanding physician. He is well prepared for each appointment. I feel like he knows me personally and cares about helping me maximize my health. He never speaks down to me or over my head. Communications are clear and direct. I like his smile and demeanor. I consider myself fortunate to be his patient and would recommend him without reservation.

Just another number. Zero compassion from the doctor and his staff
The office staff are highly unqualified or for for any job. Nothing but issues with his office staff and the billing people at Medical Specialists, his group. I called about fees charged - they over code to get paid more. I have been seeing this doctor on and off for 10 years and after asking about being over charged the office left me a message telling me to find another doctor. This doctor and staff and totally unprofessional. I recommend find a different doctor.
