I can't say enough about my experience working with Eric! Eric is very warm and friendly. He is also a great communicator and he laid out clearly the steps of the entire process. He personally supervised any and all work that had to be done to my place prior to selling and, of course, was there for open houses and showings. Eric was my agent in the sale of my home in West Hollywood. His pre-listing research of my property and analysis of the current listings and recent sales as well as the fluctuating state of the market were very helpful in formulating sales pricing and strategy.
