Bluegrass Orthopedics and Dr Eric Shafer specifically is the real deal!! Not once but twice Dr Schafer saved my life after experiencing two different life threatening situations where I could have lost a leg or my life. The staff were extremely nice, caring and very knowledgeable. They took their time being understanding of your complaints. I was in and under an hour!! That was a great plus😊

Saw Kentucky ortho, who would never answer the phone and did a left knee complete replacement on me at 48 years old. I saw my surgeon because I was having trouble, I was informed I had to request to see him so I did. Told him, not a single thing done. I’m at a year and have moved to Bluegrass Ortho where I see Dr Shaffer. They are wonderful.
