My experience was very good,all doctors and nurses treat you like you are special and they want the best for you. They are very thorough and always ask if you have questions and take time to answer them. Just went back for a yearly checkup, all is good, very nice people to deal with. I would highly recommend Dr. Shaffer for any knee problem you might have. He takes time to answer questions and makes sure you know how to treat your new knee properly.
