Dr Straut and his staff are great. I have had, through the years, been under the care of various OD physicians and by far Dr. Straut is the best I have ever experienced.
He is very thorough, and explains in great detail so u uderstand
This practice works like a precision machine and I was in and out very quickly with complete satisfaction. The only thing is they could use more parking spaces. I barely made it on time and heard others say that they were delayed in the parking lot too.
Dr Straut & Brittany are AMAZING, the front desk staff…not so much. They are not communicative to the process of appointments (no one told my son to sign in for the optical department) once his exam was done. One of them rudely & loudly argued about payment with an elderly patient who stormed out because they were treated so poorly! My other son called the office to ask a question about hours since you close after the last patient (12:55 pm today) even though hours state you’re open until 3 or 3:30.
