Dr. Rowen is a fantastic doctor. No only does he have a fantastic bedside manner, he is highly intelligent and willing to keep working at a problem. He has been working with me for over five years now and I truly appreciate him answering all of my questions and the odd inquiries I pose to him about my conditions. I will grant you it can be hard to get an appointment and if you want one fast you might be referred to his physician's assistant, but if you can, wait and see him. He's great!
No one WANTS to go to the gastroenterologist, because going there always means something is amiss. But the staff and doctors here are great and make a worrisome experience tolerable. All questions are thoroughly answered and scared people coddled and reassured. Not trying to be a "frequent flyer" or anything, but if I needed to go to a gastro, I'd be back in Dr. Eric's face immediately.
