Eric and his staff are utterly amazing to say they went above and beyond the Call of Duty is an understatement. Eric and his team went above and beyond for me. When living in CA for a brief time I had a nightmare landlord who was a total bully, I didn’t see a way of winning with this man but someone suggested I contact a tenant lawyer and that’s how I found Eric. Eric was my biggest advocate and went to war for me. All is now fair in the universe…at least when it comes to my housing situation.
